Neurological Impact

Having trained as an amateur in athletics since 1989, Ferhat Elbeyoğlu graduated from GATA as a Health NCO in 2000 and began his coaching journey in 2001 after basic and combat physical training courses at the General Staff. Until 2009 he gained field experience while coaching military personnel in physical training and mental readiness. While serving in GATA Neurology, he was introduced to CrossFit through a medical professional returning from military service abroad and continued as both athlete and coach. He currently works in electrophysiology and participates in coach training with the HIS Wellness federation. His qualifications include CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, wellness, kinesio taping, massage, and basic and combat physical training. He joined our team because we believe he can contribute to all our players' core strength conditioning and neurological adaptation with a different perspective. His recurring motto is: "All training is neurological."
